I’m being held hostage by my ISP/phone/cable company, so I am unable to keep this up until they start playing nice. Mediacom has thus far avoided BBB, and weekly requests (since November) to fix the problems and now they are worse…no one can call in and internet is very intermittent. The biggest pain is I’m paying for this….ay yi yi. Anyway, didn’t want to give the impression that I’d vanished, I’ve actually got lots of stuff to share. Hope to real soon.
Oh I feel your pain. After 3 days offline and lousy speeds both before and after, I am scheduled for a Verizon fios installation Friday. Why Comcast denies there was ever a problem I don’t know. I do hope you get it sorted soon, and I do not think you should be paying for it!

Far as I can see these companies should have to make it right, but they’ll merge and no one will do anything. Drag, huh? Sure hope yours gets solved, as I’m thinking mine may be after the last repair tech was here (fingers and toes crossed for sure;O) I’d love to get over to everyone’s blogs, ya know?
Hopefully you will be able to get this all worked out soon. Not having a reliable connection is so frustrating!
Are you back? It’s September, and if you’re still off-line, you must be horribly frustrated. Hope to see you soon. (Still love that banner across the top!) 🙂

Not exactly….have had three domains held hostage so I can’t set them up, thunderstorms so have to shut down every day, and internet still goes out at will…..three times yesterday. The techs get called and by the time they are half-way here I’m calling telling them it’s back up. Yeppers, very frustrated. So far I’m thinking my vote is going to the first candidate willing to take on the internet companies, eh? LOL….at least I have Painter and PSP to keep me from completely losing it!
I enjoy reading your blog and have tagged you with the “I Heart Your Blog” award. Details can be found on my blog – http://catrackgraphics.spaces.live.com/
